The Legal Team of Generali Investments CEE
is looking for an experienced
Lawyer
to join our team on a full-time or part-time basis.

Our Legal Team plays a key role in supporting the company's business operations while ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulatory requirements. We work closely with Compliance, business teams, external legal advisors, and supervisory authorities to provide practical legal solutions in a dynamic and highly regulated environment.

Your responsibilities will include:
- providing legal support in corporate governance matters, including preparation of documentation for General Meetings, Commercial Register filings, and corporate governance activities,
- drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts and related legal documentation,
- reviewing marketing and communication materials from a legal and regulatory perspective,
- cooperating closely with Compliance, business teams, and external legal advisors,
- ensuring compliance of the company's activities with applicable legislation and regulatory requirements,
- participating in business and strategic meetings,
- communicating with supervisory authorities and supporting licensing procedures,
- preparing legal analyses, research, and legal opinions on a variety of topics,
- supporting internal projects and contributing to the organization and archiving of legal documents and information.
Who we are looking for?
We are looking for a proactive, reliable, and solution-oriented professional with strong communication and analytical skills, who:
- holds a University degree in Law,
- has at least 3 years of experience in a law firm or in the legal/compliance department of a banking or financial institution,
- ideally has experience within an investment management or asset management company,
- has a strong understanding of investment-related legislation and regulations, including MiFID, collective investment regulations, ZISIF, ZPKT, and related legal frameworks,
- is fluent in Hungarian,
- has an active command of English (minimum B2 level),
- demonstrates a high level of responsibility, accuracy, and integrity,
- is capable of working independently while maintaining strong collaboration with colleagues and stakeholders,
- is motivated to continuously learn and develop professionally.
